FAQ

Shop & Ship from the USA: common questions

What is a USA shipping address?

It is a personal suite address at a US warehouse. Use it at checkout like any US address; your suite ID tells us the parcel is yours.

How much does the USA address cost?

Signing up is free. You pay for shipping only when we forward a parcel, and we quote before you pay.

Can you buy from Amazon.com for me?

Yes, for Amazon.com only. Send the product link and we place the order. For any other store, you buy and ship to your suite address.

Can I combine several orders into one shipment?

Yes. Parcels from different stores can be consolidated into one box, so you pay for one shipment.

Do I pay US sales tax?

Forwarded orders carry no US sales tax where the store and warehouse state allow it. Import duties at the destination are separate.

Is there anything I cannot ship from the USA?

Yes. Alcohol, many battery types, dangerous goods and several other categories cannot travel by express air. Check the prohibited items list first.
